Sonic healing for Mother Earth
One of my favourite things is to just hang (spend time) in nature. I am really fortunate to live close to one of Victoria’s National Sate Forests (seen in picture below) and National Parks. Just being in these kinds of places reminds me of how beautiful our Mother Earth is – she is an inspiration and a reminder of qualities that lay within myself.
As I look back on an interesting year 2020, my wish is that we awaken to the preciousness that surrounds us in nature. What a gift we have – fresh air, pure energy, the sweetness that is in ever tree, fern, pond and birdlife. During the time of lockdown, I even wrote a few compositions for classroom music to bring more awareness to nature.
Join me on a chakra sound meditation mini series
I invite you to join me on a sound healing journey to help raise positive vibes, spread love and compassion for Mother Earth and all couscous beings.
It is 19th Annual World Sound Healing Day on 14 February. I’ll be in my studio recording a chakra sound meditation each week leading up to 14th February and creating a video for those who would like to share and spread the word. The sound healing audios will be available for download as well; all Members receive chakra tracks free.
You could either use these chakra sound meditations as a time for sending good wishes and even join in with the chakra music, by using your voice, playing a drum, singing bowl, piano, flute. Whatever way you feel that resonates energy of love and compassion dedicated to Mother Earth.
