Sound Healing Instruments That Reduce Stress

I thought I’d create a short video of some of the instruments I bring to my Positive Music sound baths. It was a lot of fun putting the video together and recording the beautiful instruments. In this video you can see and hear three different Tibetan singing bowls, medicine drum, big white crystal bowl and the sweet sound of the native flute.
