The soothing sounds of a calming sound bath
As soon as I begin to play my Tibetan singing bowls, something quite remarkable happens. I can feel my shoulders drop, my body and mind begin to fully relax. I love this feeling. It’s kind of like being a young baby in the arms of a caring mother… so peaceful and soothing. Actually, when I play singing bowls, I feel more myself, more in tune. Many people say that Positive Music sound baths are a full mind and body re-balancer and energiser.
A gift from me. Snippet from my online sound bath meditation
Where things are at the moment in the world, not everyone can go and experience a sound bath. So, I wanted to help inspire you to take time out from this challenging time that many of us are facing. You might be facing challenges of your own or you want to explore ways to destress and alleviate anxiety?
If you’re having trouble sleeping, Tibetan singing bowls are great to sooth the mind. Before you go to bed, allow at least 30 minutes without TV, social media... pop on this video, close your eyes and just listen. I also created an album of singing bowl music, called Sounds Of Peace, to help with sleeping and meditation. And for those who want to learn how to use singing bowls for personal wellbeing, I offer day sound healing training in Melbourne.
In the meantime, here is a snippet from my online sound bath, please enjoy.
