Time to Relax Sound Meditation
It’s that time of year when life can get…shall I say a bit hectic. This is the perfect time to relax and let go and what better way than chilling out and listening to sound meditation with singing bowls, gongs, hang drum and a few drums.
The combination of these sound healing instruments are beautiful, they work so well together. The simple rhythmical beat of the drums create a lovely foundation where the singing bowls can float above with swirling vibrations. Being the festive season, I added in the sleigh bells and the chakra chimes really added the angelic atmosphere. The third element of healing music is melody, which was played on the RAV (hang drum).
The time for giving - make a difference
For a few years now my mantra is ‘what can I do to serve’. Many of you know that I’ve been creating online educational videos and meditation music for free, to help others on their journey. In light of recent devastating bushfires in the East of Australia, where it has devastated much wildlife. Within Lake Innes Nature Reserve, Lake Innes Conservation Area and the Innes Peninsula 3,000 hectares of pristine bushland has been devastated by fire, two thirds of which is regarded as core koala habitat and food trees.
I have created this song Sound Meditation for the Festive Season in hope to raise funds and awareness for the Koala Hospital in NSW. Make a donation today to rehabilitate and plant trees for the koala’s habitat.
This is an update July 2020: thank you to all those who downloaded this track and supported this project. We help raised $60! I pitched in another $100 all went towards adopting a Koala named Paul and purchased 2 trees.
You can easily download the song Sound Meditation for Festive Season. Thank goodness for all those amazing volunteers’ caring for the fauna and flora, with hearts of gold and caring for Mother Nature’s gifts.
