The world is changing at a rapid pace. For many people this can be a trigger for depression, anxiety and stress. One thing that has helped me through challenging times is listening to guided meditations.
Singing bowl vibrations help increase relaxation
I’ve been fortunate to run sound baths for my local community over the past few years. Which lately I have missed, due to what the world is going through. A Sound Bath is a great way to explore or get into meditation. Singing bowls help reduce thoughts, the vibrations of the bowls create binaural beats which sooth the mind and slow down brainwaves from busy mind (Beta) to deep relaxation and deep sleep (Theta).
If you find it challenging to slow down thoughts, or stop that constant mind chatter then singing bowl music might be a great way to start, a meditation for beginners.
