Frame drum rhythm for empowerment

We are living in times of great change. I see a positive future for our community, a community that instill harmony for all. When we come together in the spirit of harmony we begin the journey of forgiveness, not only for our self but with others. 

Learning frame drum rhythms with the intention of harmony, is a powerful intention indeed, not only the relationship with our self, our community but also our planet (beautiful Mother Nature). Now is the time for more positivity! I share this in my online drumming meditation course. More collective positive thoughts. 

Changing times an opportunity to grow… 

I know sometimes it can feel challenging to think and be positive. At times we have felt overwhelmed and anxious – ‘what is going to come of all of this?' You’re not alone. If we take this step together, start this journey together of bringing upliftment with our thoughts, for our community, our friends, neighbours, work colleagues we can change the way we view situations. 

Frame drum rhythm for community harmony 

The frame drum is such a beautiful drum circle instrument to play, plus you don’t need to be a musician to get a lot of fun and pleasure from this ancient drum. It is small to take with you anywhere and the drum is durable and great for any drum circle facilitator trainings. Chuck it in the backpack; take it on camping trips, to the beach… anywhere. 

Whatever drum you love to play, anytime this week you’re feeling overwhelmed drum this frame drum rhythm of harmony. If you’re struggling to find the motivation, just start with 5 minutes a day and then the following week add another 2/3 minutes to your practice with the intention of harmony. 

Bring this thought of harmony into your drumming each day – keep a diary of your thoughts, before you drum and after you drum. Go deeper into the meditative aspects of drumming.
