Uplift your Rhythmical spirit

Around the globe governments are saying stay at home which is increasing stress levels and mental health challenges in many communities. Now is a time to pause… take time out for yourself and tune in to your thoughts and feelings. 

Get creative! What is in your heart? 

Listen to healing music. Get creative! Live a life of truth and true connection and meaning. Have you always wanted to do something in particular in your life, such as play a musical instrument, (take a look at Gratitude rhythm for some upliftment) or write a book but something has stopped you? Don’t waste any more time thinking “I’m not good enough” or "What I say doesn’t really matter”.. get cracking, now is the time to share what is in your heart!

While I was in meditation the other week, this idea popped in my head. Create more positivity in the world, where anyone can create a positive video of them self playing an instrument of any kind. It could be a drum, triangle, rubber duck, found sounds, ukulele, piano… you get the picture? And use the hashtag #jam4joyproject.  The only rule being keep it positive… simple yes? 

Jump on board the JOY train and bring joy to people who really need it. Let’s help alleviate fear by sharing light on more positive thoughts.
