Did you know that regular meditation can boost your creativity?
There are so many benefits to meditating. I’ve been learning so much lately about how to record and produce music, it’s been so much fun and so interesting. I can put this learning spurt to deep meditation and a great teacher. So this has really got me thinking, what other skills can I develop? …Anyway one thing at a time…maybe.
For this guided meditation I spent five days recording, mixing and producing the music. I think the more I learn the more I spend time on getting the recordings as good as I can. I could probably spend another week exploring and creating with sound, but I have put a time limit on this series.
