Playing Tibetan singing bowls and traditional Mantra gong in the office
There are so many benefits to a sound bath of singing bowls and gongs, especially the high-quality singing bowls and gongs. The therapeutic sound and vibration coming from these beautiful instruments when played, are pure just like an angel or a singing bird. They create a beautiful harmonic sound and great way to get into meditation… well just take a look at the singing bowl video here.
Preparing our wellbeing space for members
During covid I have been unable to run Positive Music wellness programs. So... I’ve had my thinking cap on, creating an online community wellbeing space. I think this is the perfect time to get this creative online project up and running. As we speak I'm adding the finishing touches. I’ve been in my office space, preparing for the new online wellbeing community hub and boy I think the world is crying out for more healing.
During covid, (as I write this we are still in lockdown in Melbourne) I’ve had time to reflect. I have had some ups and downs during this time, but one thing that has come out of this are… well many positives. It has brought forth, the importance of life, wellbeing and community. I am also offering live online sound baths to encourage more meditation and help ease the burden of stress.
So, I am so excited to be in my new studio space and creating more exclusive wellbeing resources for you. I wanted to create a safe and supportive online space for members where we can come together, connect and share. I want this to be an online space for you to be an environment of meaningful connection, wellbeing, caring and a nurturing hub for personal growth, learning and exploring music, sound and rhythm for healing.
