“Do not let the behaviour of others destroy your inner peace” – Dalai Lama
Watch video to experience Harmony
Just imagine bringing vibrations of peace into our everyday thoughts and action. What would that look like for you? What if we made a commitment to our self to come from the space within of kindness?
I wanted to do a live event on Zoom and celebrate International Day of Peace 21st September, unfortunately I’m still working out how I can do a live Zoom event with great sound. Anyway, I’ll get there.
I wanted to share with you my new song for International Day of Peace called Harmony. My intention is to shine a light on world peace and that we are all connected. That we are all on this journey together and that everyone matters, no matter where you are on the globe.
All of these instruments that I included in the song Harmony anyone can play either in their community drumming circles, or classroom, even sound healings. Watch the video to find out about some of the sound therapy instruments that was included in the song.
Sound healing instruments to create healing music
I incorporate these beautiful instruments into Positive Music drum circle facilitator training to help people facilitate people the group with these beautiful musical instruments. Actually, many of these instruments are incorporated in sound therapy sessions. I’d say over the past 10 years as more people from all walks of life learn how to facilitate drum circles, have been transforming into some form of sound therapy experiences.
The therapeutic aspect of the drum circle has a deeper meaning these days and used in many institutions such as hospitals, prisons, classrooms, places of worship and many more. It’s a circle for deep connection and used as a therapeutic tool. Just imagine bringing the drum circle to help corporate to rebuild relationships and inspire teamwork with team building drumming.
