with Tabby Kellett, Holistic Counsellor
Do you feel confident managing challenging behaviours and triggers (including your own) within groups of people? Do you know how to work with sensitivity around the common hidden issue of trauma in clients?
At this workshop learn how to create a safe space for groups of people, including exploring boundaries, dealing with difficulties that can arise and how to intervene.
Understand the neuroscience of the threat response (fight, flight, freeze, appease, dissociate) and what’s needed when we or others are triggered. Explore dynamics of Assertive vs Passive or Aggressive; Learn about how to offer trauma-informed care for others. Feel more confident working with group dynamics.
