Certified Sound Practitioner 

Since 2013 I have been studying sound as a tool for wellness, I was drawn to the eastern healing modalities of singing bowls, gongs and many other musical healing instruments to assist people in their wellness journey. I am certified in SHA Level One Sound Healing and Buddhist monk Lama Tendar a Tibetan Traditional Sound Healing.
