You’re warmly invited to a peaceful afternoon of sound and stillness.
Join Peta for a nurturing Flute and Singing Bowl Sound Bath, where gentle waves of sound from the Native American flute and crystal singing bowls will guide you into deep relaxation. This is a time to pause, breathe, and let go of the stress and busyness of daily life.
