THE PAUSE- yoga, meditation and sound evening is on again. Pause, notice & reset as winter winds down and spring emerges. The transition in seasons and the end of the 3rd school term can bring with it a bag of fatigue and residual heaviness from illness.
Join us for an evening of restorative rhythms, as you press pause and offer your body and mind a reset. Using gentle mindful movements to reconnect with your body and breath. Transitioning into supportive long holds, inviting expansion and softening into shapes and support the release of tension held in your myofascia. Ending the evening in deep stillness, where you are guided through a meditative deep rest to further unwind your nervous system and rediscover your baseline. To further enhance your experience and soothe your nervous system, you will be immersed in a sound bath created for you by musician Peta Minter @petaminter
